is regarded as important in comparison with it was.
Particularly, consumer's needs are deversifying recently,
thereby special finishing such as giving softness to cloths,
“Peach-Skin” tone, and Suede tone, gives consumer's
feeling of satisfaction. KOMATSUBARA“SOFT NOUVEAU”
is developed as feeling finish machine and surface finishing
machine at these circumstances.
USES

The machine can be used
for all kinds of cloths such as cotton cloth, woolen
cloth, linen cloth, synthetic fiber/cotton blended cloth,
etc. |

CHARACTERISTICS

After the
complete removal of various “Peculiarity”
of cloths such as crease, fine wrinkle, sag, one-side
sag, cloths are processed by emery rolls.
Manufacturers of existing machines have taken great
interest only in raising accuracy of emery rolls and
have lacked the conception to pass cloths which have
been removed various “Peculiarity” through
processing section. |

has veriegated use as finishing machine.
*The machine can be used as a stenter which stabilizes
cloth width.
*The machine can be used separately as felt calender. |

The machine
can completely collect dust such as polish-dust produced
at processing by emery rolls. |

STEAMING
DEVICE(STEAM BOX)
This device gives cloths moisture by steam, and
puts the “Peculiarity” of cloths such
as crease, fine wrinkle, sag, one-side sag in
condition of being easily removed. |

DRYING
DEVICE(FELT CALENDER)
Cloths are in condition which various “Peculiarity”
of cloths have been completely removed, but when
left as they are, they return to their untreated
conditions.
To keep cloths in condition which their “Peculiarity”
are completely removed, cloths are set by Felt
Calender.
You can get cloths in good feeling and soft finishing.
(You can also set cloths by Steam Cylinder instead
of Felt Calender.) |
