Summary
Reaction gas generating in rubber curing process wgich
could not be treated in heating chambers of conventional
electric heating type. Our Equipment has made it possible,
however, by means of direct firing (Gas Burner type)
heat source and hot air circulation method both of which
greatly help, therefore, reduce exhaust gas density.
Cleaning is also made easily due to the stainless steel
construction of the curing furnace inside.
Features
- Due to gas direct firing type heat source, running
cost can be lowered to 1/3-1/5 compared with conventional
type heat source.
- Desmoking & deodorizing are made by means
of our own unique hot air circulation system.
- Uniform thermal distribution has been realized
by our own hot air blowoff construction.
- Curing furnace with its stailess steel use in
its inside is of high durability & easy cleaning.
- As hot air is recycled, and curing gas as generated
is incinerated by the burner, sticking of tar &
etc. is very little so that maintenance is easily
done.

hose & etc.

from its front) of furnace inside and recovered
into the left side thereof.

Construction of Equipment
Our Equipment is consisted of the following sections
;
(1)
Burning chamber
Gas burner, hot air circulation fan & etc.
are arranged and circulated hot air is heated.
(2) Heating chamber
This is actual heated section into which products
are provided and processed. Upon opening the front
door, you can look at hot air blowoff part at
the right side and hot air recvery part at the
left side.
(3) Operation Panel
Inndicating lamps, thermo setters, and curing
time setters are positioned by which start &
stop of Equipment can be made.
(4) Piping Part
Gas pipes, air pipes, and solenoid valves are
arranged at the upper lateral side of Equipment. |
