COMPARISON BETWEEN CONVENTIONAL ROLL-TO-ROLL WASHER & FV TYPE
WASHER FOR WOVEN FABRICS?EXAMPLE 1?
1.Why new method has been selected ;
1) |
Woven fabrics were washed by Roll-to-Roll type washer, but no sufficient effect was not available. |
2) |
Large installation space was required, and therefore, compact type washer was looked for. |
3) |
Water consumption was high, and therefore, water-saving type washer was requested. |
2.Example of Introduction;
1)Roll to Roll Type Washer
2)FV Washer
3.Result
1) |
Washing efficiency has been raised by means of vibration effect of FV Washer.
It has resulted in compact area of the equipment, and accordingly, useful space
use has become possible. |
2) |
Since the number of washing cisterns has been reduced, less water consumption
has been realized by the washer with water-save effect . |
Installation of 2 Additional Washing Cisterns to Mercelizing Machine (Example 2)
1.Why this method has been selected
1) |
Lack of washing occured when speeding up the existing Mercelizing machine. |
2) |
NaOH must have been fully washed away after NaOH treatment has been completed. Otherwise, washing was not sufficient |
3) |
And therefore, installation of 2 additional FV Washers has been decided. |
2.Example of introduction of this method into existing mercelizing machine
3.Result
1) |
Lack of washing has been solved and no more lack of washing occurs even by
max. washing speed of the machine prior to installation of 2 FV washers. |
2) |
Whereas there was problem in case of washing of thick fabrics of 200?300g/m2,
no more lack of washing occurs after installation of 2 FV Washers. |
3) |
Higher speed by 30% approx. is now possible even for the fabric of same weight. |
